Rosemarie wanted a shift from the large law firm/large corporation business model she had previously worked in for decades. While she appreciates the tremendous experience she earned in those environments, she wanted to create a different type of firm that would allow her and the attorneys on her team more flexibility. She created a small practice that provides big representation in expertise, service and sophisticated representation with a team that focuses on an ethical values-based practice.
